Pursuant to the 2016/679 European Regulation concerning the protection of personal data (“Regulation”) and the applicable national legislation, Cinello S.r.l. (hereinafter “Cinello”) as data controller, will process the personal data a) of the aspiring Award participants who send their application to the Proposing Committee, b) of the subjects suggested to the Proposing Committee
who agree to participate in the Award and c) of the subjects invited to participate by the Proposing Committee who agree to participate in the Award (for example name, last name, e-mail address hereinafter, the "Data"), in compliance with the laws and valid contractual provisions for the purposes and manners indicated below.
The data is collected and processed with suitable manual tools and IT systems, guaranteeing the security of the data by authorized personnel in order to identify the winners and authors of the works, the various occasions in which they will be published, exhibited or used, as well as the communications relating to the Award itself.
The provision of data is necessary for participation in the Award; subject to consent, the Data will be used for e-mail communications relating to future initiatives organized by Cinello.
The Data will be kept for the entire duration of the Award and in any case for the period that is necessary to carry out any activity related to the Award itself and any legal obligations. In case of consent to the receiving of emails to inform about the future activities of the company, the Data will be kept until the revocation of said consent.
It is possible at any time to exercise the rights referred to in Art. 15 and subsequent of the Regulations as well to submit a complaint to the competent authority for the processing of personal data.
